Wanderer NYC was born in New York, but today every piece is created and hand‑packed in Portugal, the place where our team brings the brand to life day after day. The same people who design and craft your pieces are the ones who prepare your order, because we like to make sure everything leaves our hands exactly as it should.
Processing time is usually 2 to 5 business days, except for custom pieces, which may take a little longer, up to 7 business days.
We do not ship on weekends.
Shipping Times
We ship from Portugal, and delivery times vary depending on the destination. These are estimated transit times when no delays occur.
USA — 3 to 8 business days
Europe/UK — 3 to 5 business days
Rest of the world — 5 to 10 business days
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations, address changes, or order edits only within 1 hour after the order is placed. After that, your order enters processing and can no longer be changed.
